📦 Return Policy

You may return an item under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Discounted or promotional items

💰 Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• If you don’t receive your refund within this timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider first.

🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns

• Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our policy.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after approval.
